About ISP Manager
ISP Manager is the back-office and customer-facing platform for regional internet service providers. Single deployment combines three coordinated portals: (1) public marketing/plans CMS — branded plans pages, signups, lead capture; (2) operator admin (`/admin`) — customer accounts, billing, provisioning, support tickets; (3) customer self-serve portal (`/portal`) — account view, plan changes, support. First production tenant is Wi-Sky QLD (qld.wi-sky.com.au), serving paying residential and station/business customers in regional Queensland on a 5G fixed-wireless network with plans from $99–$499/mo. Architecture is multi-tenant-capable so additional regional ISP brands can be deployed against the same codebase.
