Out West AI Pty Ltd (ACN 695 421 615) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect from people who visit or contact us through outwest.ai, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It's written in plain English on purpose. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the outwest.ai website only. Our individual products (for example, AgDiary at agdiary.ai) each have their own privacy policies that cover how those products handle your data.

When you use outwest.ai, we only collect the information you give us directly:

• Product early-access signups: your email address, and the product you're signing up for (e.g. AgDiary or YardTally).

Why we collect it

• To respond to enquiries you send us through the contact form.
• To let you know when a product you've signed up for is ready.
• To keep our website secure.

We don't use your information for any other purpose unless you've given us clear permission, or we're legally required to.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. The only circumstances where we'd share your information are:

Where your information is stored

Your information is stored on servers we operate, located in Australia. We take reasonable steps to protect it with encryption, access controls, and regular backups.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages and product signup emails for as long as they're useful, which is typically a few years. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

• Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
